Amy McCool is an Associate Attorney at Ciobanu Law, P.C. where she focuses her practice in family law, adoption, parenting coordination, guardian ad litem services, and protective orders.
Amy received her B.S. from the Kelley School of Business from Indiana University Bloomington in 2010. In 2014, Amy received her J.D. from IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law. During law school, Amy worked both as a law clerk and certified legal intern at Ciobanu Law, P.C. As a clerk and intern, she worked closely with Ms. Andrea Ciobanu on the firm’s family law matters. Amy also volunteered as a guardian ad litem/court appointed special advocate during law school and received the Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence for contributing more than 200 hours of pro bono service.
Amy is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana. Amy is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association. During law school, Amy was very involved in the Indianapolis Bar Association, serving as Secretary on the Student Executive Board. She was also the Intra-School Winner of the American Bar Association’s Client Counseling Competition during law school.
Amy resides in her home town of Indianapolis. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, shopping, watching movies, and spending time with her friends and family.
