Alex Beeman and Andrea Ciobanu participated as judges in the 2014 Indiana University McKinney School of Law Professional Ethics Moot Court Competitions.
Andrea Ciobanu was chosen as a 2013-2014 Young Lawyer National Scholar by the American Bar Association.
Andrea Ciobanu’s commentary on an important Indiana Supreme Court Horner v. Carter decision on mediation confidentiality was published in the Indiana Lawyer. Andrea took the lead in writing the amici brief for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indiana Association of Mediators, and she advocated these organizations’ position during oral argument.
