Andrea Ciobanu’s commentary on an important Indiana Supreme Court Horner v. Carter decision on mediation confidentiality was published in the Indiana Lawyer. Andrea took the lead in writing the amici brief for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indiana Association of Mediators, and she advocated these organizations’ position during oral argument. Mediator Andrea Ciobanu was appointed to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Task Force created to consider revision to the Indiana Rules of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
