Background

Kevin is an Indianapolis native who graduated from Purdue University in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. He went on to receive his paralegal certificate through IUPUI in 2012.  Kevin gained his first experience in the legal field working as a bailiff in Marion County Superior Court 11 from 2013-2016. At Ciobanu Law PC, Kevin assists with medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, probate litigation, and other areas of practice. He enjoys going on bicycle excursions and caring for his pet tortoise.
